Individual Eyelash Extension

The monotonous affair of applying fake eyelashes before heading out of your home is not only cumbersome but also time-consuming. Moreover forgetting to remove them before going to sleep leads to a different kind of hassle altogether. Hence the best approach is to have individual extensions put in on the natural eyelashes.
Moreover, unlike the glued strip of temporary lashes, these semi-permanent lashes are applied by skilled technicians. They hand glue the individual extension on the top of the natural eyelash. Eyelash Extension are of three types: synthetic, silk and mink. Size availability ranges from 6mm to 17mm. Once selected, the lashes are applied one at a time using a specially formulated, semi-permanent glue that will not irritate the eye nor damage the natural lash. However, since allergic reactions are possible, there are different types of glue based on one’s sensitivity.

How long does it take to apply?

Applying a full set of lashes takes about two hours, and can be maintained year-round with touch-ups recommended every three to four weeks. A half set of lashes are an economical alternative to achieve a similarly dramatic effect. It is  applied as filler to thicken natural lashes, or applied outward from the eye for a specialized look.

How often does Eyelash Extension need to be redone?

Lash extensions last through a full growth cycle of natural eyelashes, typically six to eight weeks. That said, because each person’s lash growth is somewhat variable, light lash maintenance every three to four weeks to maintain a full look is suggested.
Since each lash extension is attached to a single eyelash, they will fall out naturally along with the natural growth cycle of each lash. We recommend a touch-up every three to four weeks.
